2018 Senior All Nighter - New Information 11-15-2017

Greetings Parents,
Please "paws" and relax while I update you on the latest and greatest...
I was hoping to explain the advantages of buying the Senior All Nighter tickets before winter break. Prices are currently $50 for the SAN ticket or $60 for
the SAN ticket + the 2018 MSHS Senior T-shirt, both include 10 raffle tickets. After winter break, the ticket prices go up and only include 5 raffle tickets.
Raffle tickets go towards a multitude of prize drawings that amount to over $15,000! More raffle tickets equals greater chances at winning amazing prizes
for our students! Pretty exciting!
Tickets can be purchased at school from Laura Loomer in the Music Department. Look for our table at MSHS event too! Cash and checks only. Checks made out to: MSHS SAN

Attached to this email is a flyer that I am asking each of you to print out, cut out, and have your child hand out to their fellow seniors. Reaching all students and parents is up to this parent committee, please help us with this urgent need! If you have a running start student, we need your help more
than anyone. They are the hardest group to reach. I only have 100 email addresses and we have over 375 students - that's a lot of parents who don't know about this event yet.
AUCTION FUNDRAISER - THIS YEARS THEME "PAWS & CELEBRATE"
This fundraiser is critical in raising the funds for the SAN. This exciting event is February 10th from 6:00pm-9:00pm at The Service Station, 9315 N Nevada. We WILL have the Gonzaga vs. Loyola Marymount game streaming at the venue!
HOW CAN YOU HELP? I'M GLAD YOU ASKED...
1. Make all your Amazon purchases through smile.amazon.com, find the charity "Mt Spokane Hs Senior All-Nighter Committee". A percentage of all
purchases specifically made through smile.amazon.com will be donated from Amazon to the SAN.
2. We are actively seeking donations for the Auction Fundraiser from food, to beer & wine, corporate donations, prizes to be auctioned, etc. I will send out
the letter and donation form in another email today. Remember - donations are tax deductible since our committee is a non-profit organization!
3. We need parent volunteers for the Senior All Nighter on June 8th. If you are interested in volunteering at the event, please respond to this email with
your name and contact information.
4. If you would like to help provide prizes for the Senior All Nighter itself, please respond to this email and I will get you in touch with our prize committee
chair. Remember, donations are tax deductible!
5. We need your old MSHS t-shirts for the Senior Quilt. Please respond to this email if you'd like to donate old t-shirts to coordinate pick-up or drop-off
instructions.

We understand not all parents can make the committee meetings but we welcome all questions and suggestions by email or through Facebook.
